The new hull shape is a significant step forward and features improved rower comfort, enhanced drag reduction and superior directional stability, pushing performance to the next level.

In 2025, we launched our premium offering, SLR Advantage, based on the Paris 2024 Olympic Silver-winning design rowed by Emma Twigg.

We created a unique, robust, stiff hull laminate to meet all levels of high-performance rowing. We worked with composite design engineers to optimise the laminate design for reduced weight with enhanced resistance to water pressure.

The SLR Advantage features targeted laminate optimisation and reinforcing right where the rower sits, forming the structural connection from the rower’s feet to the oars, maximising the rower’s power output. With increased torsional stiffness reducing deflection in the hull, all the pressure you put through the stretcher transfers into boat speed. Leaving the competition in your wake.
